Mtwapa center is located at Mtwapa town in Kilifi South County. Mtwapa town is situated 16 kilometers north east of Mombasa City.  Mtwapa is one of the fastest growing towns in the coast region and one of the tourist attraction features because of the availability of well-established hospitality facilities. In addition, Mtwapa town is a good spot for out-of-town recreation activities such as clubbing and relaxation. It is the melting pot of people from various origins, both Kenyans and internationals.

Mtwapa center started its training in November of 2017. It offers training in Automobile, Hairdressing & Beauty and Hospitality.  While hair dressing and beauty as well as automobile courses had been introduced earlier, Electrical installation course was introduced in the month of July 2018 to meet the growing demands of the Mtwapa town and its environs.

CAP YEI mobilizes and enrolls qualified target of youth by involving grass root government officials, local CBOs, network of youth organizations, youth and community leaders, and religious gatherings. CAP YEI skills training is guided by labor force demand in each area where our training is located as informed by market scan research and revisits.
