Your support helps us empower youth in Kenya through job entry-level skills training. By making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By making a donation, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not make a donation.
2. Donation Process
   Donations can be made through our website using the available payment methods. All donations are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.
3. Use of Donations
   All donations will be used to support the programs and activities of CAP YEI, including but not limited to training, operational expenses, and program expansion in accordance with our mission and goals.
4. Tax Deductibility
   Donations to CAP YEI may be tax-deductible. Donors should consult their tax advisor for information regarding the tax implications of their donation.
5. Privacy and Data Security
   We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the donation process will be used solely for the purpose of processing your donation, providing receipts, and communicating with you about CAP YEI activities. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Receipts and Acknowledgments
   Upon receipt of your donation, we will send you a confirmation email and a receipt for your records. Please retain this receipt for tax purposes.
7. Recurring Donations
   If you choose to make a recurring donation, you authorize CAP YEI to automatically charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon amount at the specified intervals. You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting us.
8. Refund Policy
   Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe that your donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date to request a refund. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of CAP YEI.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   CAP YEI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the donation page after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
